Finish Line

My buddy Scott convinced me to do a mountain bike race with him at Stony Creek in Michigan. It was a 13 mile Cross Country time trial. My time was 1:09:31 which was 20 minutes faster than I was expecting to do! I finished with some cuts, bruises, and a calf cramp but it was all worth it. Scott finished 4 minutes ahead of me and his dad caught this photo as I was approaching the finish line exhausted! My family arrived at the finish line just as I was approaching the bottom of the hill climbing up to the finish line. It was a great first race and way to end my summer!
