Dr. Love in the house

This gentleman here was nicknamed "Dr. Love". Jamming on his bass guitar, the street musicians from yesterday were inviting of him and even mentioned that any tips would go to Dr. Love. You see they were helping him through college a third time around for that Ph.D. in love. It was quite humorous but revealing as well. People have said that New Orleans is back. They're lying. 50% of the population has returned. It's a sad sight to see. Highest murder rate in the country and increased suicide attempts all after Katrina hit. Very sad and unfortunate but if we pray about it it will work out I think.
